Do you Have a Figure Improvement Plan?

The majority of people in developed countries and to an extent in some developing countries are gaining weight beyond healthy proportions, probably due to unhealthy food choices and inadequate physical exercise. People have become unconcerned about their figure. However, these trends need to be reversed and it’s very important for all including the ones who have already gained considerable amount of weight to prepare and act on their figure improvement plan.

Being overweight or obese is full of health risks. Obesity is related to many serious health problems and increases risk for heart disease, diabetes and cancer. It can also reduce the life span of a person by many years.

Suggestions about a figure improvement plan

• The foremost step for people who have gained considerable amount of weight is to increase physical exercise slowly and make healthy food choices. People who are on the verge of becoming overweight can check their lifestyle habits.

• You should avoid crash dieting or fat reducing therapies. Like weight gain, weight loss is also a slow process, so be patient and try to adapt healthy lifestyle.

• You should consider drugs for your weight loss treatment when the traditional methods of weight loss such as physical exercise and healthy diet alone prove inadequate. If need arises, you can take help of a weight trainer or doctor.
figure improvement
• It would help you considerably if you do at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise, depending upon your choice of activity at least 5 times a week.

• If children have gained extra weight, then they should be advised to do at least 60 minutes of moderate activity per day. It can be any physical activity depending upon their choice of sports.

• It’s common to feel the stiffness of muscles after physical exercise however, you shouldn’t discontinue your chosen physical activity, as stiffness normally disappears within few days.

• You can also seek advice from any weight management specialist or read online where you can find many websites that provide useful information on weight loss and weight management in a natural way.

• The results of figure improvement wouldn’t be fast. You should continue with your changed lifestyle for couple of months before analysing any results or benefits.

Which is a better for your skin – Organic skin care or chemical skin care?

Everyone is aware of the fact that chemical skin care is not healthy for our skin in the long run because it contains harmful chemicals that damage the skin. However, one can still see the chemical skin care products mushrooming in the market.

Most of the skin care products available on the market contain chemicals such as aluminium, propylene glycol, imidazolidinyl urea and other harmful chemicals. These can cause harmful effects on the skin in long run and all along, we get the feeling that these products prevent our skin from damage.

On the other hand, natural skin care products contain biologically derived ingredients only. These ingredients are completely derived from nature and have no known side effects on the skin. Natural skin care products aren’t harmful on the skin. Most of these natural skin care products contain naturally extracted oils, herbal extracts and various herbal ingredients. Some of the herbal extracts that are generally found in organic skin care products are soy oil, pomegranate seed oil, rosehip oil, calendula, green tea, white tea and other natural ingredients.

Take for example, a sunscreen product that protects our skin from the Sun. Most of the chemical sunscreen products contain chemicals such as benzophonones, oxybenzone and cinnamates, which are helpful in absorbing UV rays. However, these chemicals increase the risk of skin cancer. Comparatively, if you are using organic sunscreen products that contain substances such as zinc oxide or titanium oxide, it works as a reflective barrier and prevents UV rays from getting absorbed in the skin thus preventing skin complications.

If we talk about the most common skin care product, moisturisers, then also organic ones prove to be better than chemical moisturisers do. Natural or organic moisturisers contain essential oils and bearberry leaf extracts. On the other hand, chemical moisturisers contain chemicals such as parabens and sodium laureth sulphate that may increase the risk of cancer. If we keep side effects in mind, then most of us will find organic skin care products better than chemical skin care products.
